1. Accuracy of Information & Right to Cancel
While the Brand strives for accuracy, technical errors or typos regarding product descriptions, pricing, and inventory may occur.

3. System Protection & Use Restrictions

Any violation of this article may result in immediate IP blocking and civil/criminal legal action. (Art. 314, Criminal Act – Obstruction of Business)
4. Methods of Notification
Legal notices from the Brand shall be delivered via the email address provided by the user or through announcements on the website.
Email notifications are deemed effective at the time of transmission. (Art. 111, Sec. 1, Civil Act – Effectiveness of Expression of Intent)
5. Severability
If any provision of this notice or the Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. (Art. 16, Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions – Special Provisions on Partial Invalidity)
