AMITABHA prioritizes ethical responsibility and legal transparency in our manufacturing process, alongside artistic perfection. This disclosure is issued to transparently communicate our commitment to supply chain management and compliance.

1. Human Rights & Ethical Responsibility (Labor Compliance)
Governing Laws: Art. 7 (Prohibition of Forced Labor) and Art. 64 (Minimum Age and Employment Permit Certificate) of the Labor Standards Act of the Republic of Korea, and relevant ILO conventions.

AMITABHA strictly prohibits forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking throughout all stages of manufacturing and distribution.

All partners must comply with Korean labor laws regarding working hours, wages, and safety standards. The Brand reserves the right to conduct periodic inspections. (Mutatis mutandis Art. 8 & 9, Labor Standards Act)

2. Integrity of Raw Materials & Process (Ethical Sourcing)
Governing Laws: Art. 2 (Definitions) of the External Trade Act and Art. 1 (Purpose) of the Environmental Health Act.

AMITABHA’s signature .925 Sterling Silver and proprietary materials are sourced through legal and ethical channels.

We strictly avoid conflict minerals and illegally mined materials, insisting exclusively on raw materials processed through legitimate means. (Mutatis mutandis Proof of Permission/Approval under Art. 226, Customs Act)

3. Anti-Counterfeiting & Brand Protection
Governing Laws: Art. 2, Sec. 1 (a) and (k) of the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act; Art. 108 (Acts Considered as Infringement) of the Trademark Act.

To protect supply chain transparency, AMITABHA strictly monitors the manufacturing and distribution of counterfeit goods outside official channels.

Any imitation of the unique "Relic" series designs or proprietary processes is considered an infringement of our transparent supply chain. Zero-tolerance legal action will be taken. (Right to Injunctive Relief under Art. 4 and Liability for Damages under Art. 5, Unfair Competition Prevention Act)

4. Audit & Compliance
The Brand may conduct unannounced audits of all supply partners to verify compliance with this disclosure.


Any violation of these standards will result in immediate termination of the business relationship and a claim for damages for the devaluation of the Brand. (Art. 390 and Art. 750, Civil Act)
